How long is the Nectar 365-night Home Trial?
We offer a full year (365 nights) to try your Nectar mattress. We recommend sleeping on it for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust before making a return decision.
What does the Forever Warranty™ cover?
Our Forever Warranty™ covers defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own the mattress. If it is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
How is the mattress shipped and how long does it take?
Nectar mattresses are compressed and shipped in a manageable box via FedEx or UPS. Orders typically process within 24-48 hours and arrive at your doorstep within 2 to 5 business days.
Do I need to flip my Nectar mattress?
No, Nectar mattresses are designed with a specific top-to-bottom layer construction and should not be flipped. We do recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees every 6 months for even wear.
What kind of bed frame or base can I use?
Nectar is designed to work on any firm, flat surface. This includes box springs, divans, slatted bases (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), or adjustable bases.
Are Nectar mattresses eco-friendly?
Yes, our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP, or TCEP flame retardants, and have low VOC emissions for indoor air quality.
